1Age Verification

qd111 is required to verify the age and identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Players must provide a valid government-issued identity document — a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other accepted form of photo ID — before any withdrawal request is processed. qd111 may request additional documentation at any time if it has reason to doubt the accuracy of the information provided. 2Eligibility Restrictions — You May Not Register If:

3One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on qd111. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to that individual and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawal requests. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to rectify the situation before any withdrawal is processed.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. qd111 will never ask you to share your password via chat, SMS, email, or phone call. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorised by you, and you will be held responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. You should notify qd111 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5Account Verification and Suspended Accounts

qd111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, has provided false or misleading registration information, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account suspension pending investigation, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, qd111 may permanently close the account and retain all funds as damages.

6Account Closure by the Player

You may close your qd111 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering commitments being settled. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, qd111 strongly recommends that you also request a self-exclusion at the same time to prevent re-registration.

7Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit cap on standard accounts.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay credit to your qd111 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits from supported Bangladesh commercial banks typically credit within a few hours. Check the deposit page for current bank transfer instructions.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

8Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed in full prior to processing. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are settled within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account. qd111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• qd111 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

9General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited automatically upon fulfilment of the stated qualification criteria. Welcome bonuses apply to first deposits only; subsequent deposits are subject to reload bonus terms where applicable.

10Welcome Bonus — Specific Conditions

To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum stated deposit threshold. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. 11Abuse of Bonus Offers

qd111 monitors bonus activity to detect patterns indicative of abuse, including — but not limited to — bonus hunting, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and structured low-risk play designed solely to meet wagering requirements rather than to participate genuinely in gaming activity. Where abuse is detected, qd111 will void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may close the account.

12Prohibited Activities

• Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the Platform, including game play and bonus claiming.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit Platform mechanics.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any criminal activity. qd111 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in respect of any suspicious financial transactions.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment infrastructure.

13Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where qd111 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; retain all funds in the account as liquidated damages; report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. qd111's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

14Platform Content Ownership

All content on the qd111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of qd111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the express written consent of qd111.

15Third-Party Game Content

Games available on qd111 are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. qd111 is a licensed distributor of these games and does not claim ownership of any third-party game content. 16Service Availability

17Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qd111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qd111 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. qd111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

18Player Protection Tools

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 2 above.
